Choose a research space, name your decision, and add complete public URLs. Sinteza organizes the material into categories for that space. Explore all 12 spaces or check supported sources.
Account and login help
Use email and an 8–100 character password, then open the one-time confirmation link in the same browser. Google or Apple appears only when that provider is configured and verified.
Use your confirmed email and password or an enabled provider. A provider returning a different email—such as an Apple private-relay address—may correctly create a separate account and is not force-merged.
Choose Forgot your password?, request a one-time recovery email, then set a new 8–100 character password. Expired or replayed links must be requested again.
Log out and log in again. On native devices, return the app to the foreground so the protected saved session can refresh.
What you can add
Paste or share a complete http:// or https:// URL. The current source router recognizes supported public YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, article, PDF, and text-document links.
- The source must be publicly reachable without a password or sign-in.
- Private, age-restricted, region-blocked, paywalled, removed, malformed, or otherwise unavailable sources may be rejected.
- Videos require publicly available native captions. Sinteza does not start audio transcription for captionless videos.
- Current plans support videos up to 60 minutes. The 10 active sources per project and source-size limits apply on every plan, including when using purchased credits.
- Do not submit personal credentials or confidential documents through a public URL.
Understanding source status
A source may move through these product stages:
- Added to project — the URL has been accepted.
- Reading source — Sinteza is resolving metadata and available material.
- Extracting research — Sinteza is converting material into structured, attributed claims.
- Comparing perspectives — Sinteza is relating this source to the other independent sources in the project.
- Research updated — the source, topics, positions, and evidence are ready.
A source can also be queued, processing, ready, failed, or marked as needing attention. A retryable error may succeed later; an unavailable or unsupported source needs a different public URL.
What Sinteza’s labels mean
Independent submitted sources repeat materially aligned advice without meaningful opposition.
Multiple sources align, while the strength or coverage may be less complete than strong consensus.
Sources offer meaningfully different positions. The disagreement is preserved instead of averaged away.
Different tactics or perspectives can be useful together rather than contradicting each other.
A useful detail appears in only one submitted source and remains visible as a one-source claim.
The available material is not strong or consistent enough for a clearer relationship.
Open the original evidence
Topic details show each source’s position, evidence summary, and timestamp when the source supports a timestamp. Use the timestamp to jump back to the original moment before relying on an important claim.
Freshness warnings
Stable, gradual, volatile, and live-dependent signals help identify material that may change. “Check current” is a warning to verify with an authoritative live source. No freshness label guarantees that information is still correct.
Historical context for Travel
When a trip has dates, Sinteza can resolve the destination through a bundled GeoNames city index and request matching daily data from NASA POWER for the latest five complete years.
This view helps frame typical recent conditions for the same calendar window. It does not predict the weather during your trip and should not replace a live forecast or official warning.
How source credits behave
Try Sinteza includes 3 lifetime credits. Sinteza+ includes 10, Nomad includes 20, and Pro includes 60 credits every rolling 30 days. A credit is reserved when processing starts. Failed or rejected work releases that reservation; successful work commits it. Included credits become available as each use passes 30 days, including with yearly billing. Billing dates do not reset usage. Upgrading increases the limit; recent included-credit use still counts.
Sinteza+ is $4.99 monthly or $49.99 yearly, Nomad is $9.99 monthly or $99.99 yearly, and Pro is $29.99 monthly or $299.99 yearly before applicable taxes or localized store pricing. Yearly billing does not grant all annual credits at once.
Web billing is handled through Stripe. Native purchases are handled by Apple or Google when offered. Cancel Apple subscriptions in Apple Account subscription settings and Google subscriptions in Google Play Subscriptions. Uninstalling Sinteza or deleting a Sinteza account does not cancel an app-store subscription.
Credit packs and missing purchases
Nomad and Pro can add 10 source credits for $5.99 USD once, where credit packs are available. Purchased credits never expire and stay usable after a downgrade or cancellation. Free and Sinteza+ accounts cannot buy packs. Included credits are used first. A purchased balance remains usable on the original Sinteza account, even on Free or Sinteza+ after cancellation or downgrade.
Check that you are signed in to the Sinteza account that started the purchase. Open Account or credit options and choose Refresh purchased balance or Retry purchase confirmation. A pending payment must complete first. Do not purchase again while confirmation is pending.
Sign in to the same Sinteza account. Its server balance syncs across devices. Store Restore purchases restores eligible subscriptions; it does not recreate spent consumable credits.
Contact support with your Sinteza account email, store, order or receipt reference, purchase date, amount and currency. Apple or Google may direct you to their own refund process. A refunded pack loses its remaining credits; a disputed pack may be held during review.
Your purchased balance remains usable. Buying another pack requires an active Nomad or Pro subscription. Your subscription remains managed by the provider where you subscribed.
Never send card numbers, passwords, purchase tokens, signed receipts, authentication tokens, or private source documents. Support remains available after cancellation and account deletion.
Contact purchase supportPublic Briefs and private viewers
Public publishing currently applies to Travel Briefs where enabled. New research spaces use private research and decision outputs; public publishing for them is not yet available.
The owner previews and publishes a sanitized snapshot. Anyone with the link can view it; noindex does not make it private.
Saves a user-scoped reference to the public Brief. It does not reveal private evidence or copy the owner’s research.
Creates a private trip using only the public destination, country, emoji, and palette.
An intended recipient accepts an expiring one-time invitation. Owners can revoke viewer access immediately.
For a public-page concern, open Report this page on the Brief. Choose the issue category and describe the exact content; do not include passwords, tokens, payment details, or identity documents. Missing, unpublished, expired, removed, and disabled Brief links intentionally show the same unavailable page.
Full research stays behind account controls
Owners control projects, sources, generated claims, topics, source positions, and notes. An invited viewer can read the shared project but cannot publish, delete, change sources, spend credits, or read owner-only notes. Anonymous visitors receive only a sanitized frozen Brief snapshot.
Source processing may involve Supabase, Gemini, TranscriptFetch, Supadata, and the public publisher behind your submitted URL. Historical weather uses NASA POWER and a bundled GeoNames dataset. Billing uses Stripe on web and Apple or Google on native. Public pages and reports use Cloudflare and OpenAI Sites. See the Privacy Policy for the full explanation.
Sinteza has no ads and does not sell personal data.
Research and account deletion are available
Open Account & settings and choose Delete all research to permanently delete owned research projects and related records while keeping the account.
Choose Delete account and complete both confirmations to remove the authentication account and associated Sinteza data. Owner deletion removes publications, invitations, and viewer access; viewer deletion removes that membership without deleting the owner’s project. See heydonde.com/delete-account.
Verify what matters
Generated research can misread a source, miss context, group claims incorrectly, or become outdated. Consensus means the submitted sources align; it does not prove truth. Verify entry rules, safety, health, transport disruption, prices, opening hours, legal requirements, and emergencies with current official sources.
Sinteza preserves source links, publisher details, quotations, and timestamps to keep research inspectable. Third-party material remains owned by its publisher or rights holder. If you believe material is being processed or displayed in a way that infringes your rights, use the configured support contact once published and include the exact source URL and a clear description. Do not send passwords, tokens, or private documents.
